Terms

• The 350pages Affiliate Scheme pays affiliates a 15% commission on qualifying online sales, net of VAT or European tax (see Qualifying Sales).
• The 350pages Reseller Scheme pays resellers a commission on qualifying online sales (see Qualifying Sales). The rate is negotiated when the contract is set up and is shown in the reseller account page when logged in.
• Commission payments to Affiliates and Resellers are paid quarterly by PayPal account or bank transfer for UK customers). Overseas bank transfers can be made at cost.
• Payments are made for Qualifying Sales which took place 60 days or more prior to the date of payment.
• If you have subscribed to any 350 services then your subscription may be deducted from your accumulated commission, if there are sufficient funds to do so.
• The minimum commission payment is £25. Totals below this will be rolled over into subsequent quarters until they pass this threshold.
• Commission payments will be converted into GB pounds at the rate of exchange at the time of the purchase. Payments made by PayPal will be converted by PayPal into your local currency.
• Payments can only be made to Affiliates and Resellers who have designated a method of payment & valid recipient information. Login to your 350pages account and go to 'My Account' to provide us with this information. Note: You must sign up to a 350pages account before you can access this area.

Qualifying Sales

The following types of online sales qualify for commissions -

• New Account sales referred by a 350pages banner or link, and logged by the 350pages system.
• A follow-up sale which takes place within 364 days of the original account creation.
• Third party products or services provided now or in the future will not qualify.

Changes and Updates

• 350pages may modify or update these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will not affect sales already made and credited when the changes take effect. You will be notified by email of any changes.

Operations

• 350pages may use cookies (or similar technical means) in order to record and maintain referral information to be able to assign credit for sales. If cookies are removed by end users or by other means outside ZyNet's control this may result in inability to assign credit for sales. Note that once a purchase has been credited, any follow up purchases are credited to the affiliate without relying on cookies.
• 350pages' sole means of communicating with affiliates and resellers shall be by email. It is your responsibility to maintain a current & valid email address. You may modify your email address and other personal information in the 'My Account' section of your 350pages affiliate or reseller account.

Unacceptable Marketing Behaviour

The Affiliates and Resellers must market the 350pages service in an honest and respectful manner and will not engage in:

• The sending of unsolicited ‘spam’ email.
• Indiscriminate or automated promotional methods (such as Referrer spam, or automated sign-up to online forums)
• The purchase of advertising, whether online or offline using the name of 350pages, 350.com or ZyNet.
• Any other actions that could bring into disrepute ZyNet Ltd, the Directors, the services or its names.

Failure to behave in a professional manner will mean the termination of this agreement and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

Privacy

All information we share with you relating to 350pages and its users is strictly private and may not be passed on to any third party without our express permission.
