The Page Properties Editor allows you to change the colors of your webpage, copy properties from another webpage and enter the descriptive information about the page. The page information is required by the search engines and it can help you in categorizing your website.
For guidelines about optimizing your website for the search engines see the 350pages Information Library.
Templates from a template set will also have the option to change the theme colors.
Users of the full 350pages have the option to change the colors of individual page elements. The colors that you will be able to change may include any of the following:
You can copy various properties from another webpage to give you a consistent look throughout your website. This may be the colors, the header and button bar. Select the source page from which you want to copy the themes from the drop down menu. This will then display all of the theme colors and elements from that page and compare them to the settings on your current webpage. If the page source element matches the page destination element then the color of that element will automatically assign itself. If there is no source element with the same name then you can select which element color you want to copy from the drop down menu of elements on the source page. If you only want to copy one or two properties then it is quicker to select the Clear selection to clear everything and then select those that you want to copy.
When you are happy with the changes you have made to your properties, click on the copy button. If you do not wish to save the changes, click on the cancel button.
The presentation tool allows you to link pages together to form a slide-show style presentation by setting presentation options in the page properties. You can design a presentation using the design tools in 350pages and demonstrate it on any computer connected to the web, or design your website with timed switching of pages in mind.
In this tab, you can set the next page in a presentation, which will either automatically switch after reaching the specified time limit entered in the Delay box, or by pressing the right arrow on your keyboard. Likewise, you can also set the previous page in the presentation, which you can access by press the left arrow on your keyboard.
You can create a full presentation from the File Manager under the Presentation option. For more information on that function, please click here.
