When you are happy with the settings, click on the Purchase button to submit the details and add the service to your account. If you do not wish to upgrade, then please click the Cancel button. If you receive an error message, please ensure all of your card details are correct for submitting again.

Card Authentication

When you have submitted your card details via 350pages, you will need to authenticate your card online with the card issuer. This is an external process that is not monitored by 350pages, only by the card issuer. If you have registered your card for the authentication process previously, you will have to enter the information that you will have used to sign up with the card issuer previously. If this is the first time using your card in this situation, you will be given details on screen of how to sign up to the card issuer's authentication screen.

This step is for security purposes and helps protect you from fraud. No money or information about your 350pages account is exchanged with the card issuer, and no information about your authentication details is exchanged with 350pages

Purchase Successful

If this screen appears, then our attempt to take payment for the service has been successful, and you should now have access to the service (you can check any details of this from the Services section on the My Account page).

Credit Card Failed

If this screen appears, then our attempt to take payment for the service has been unsuccessful. You haven't been billed for the service, and your attempted upgrade has not been applied. The error message that you recieve should help you to resolve the problem with payment. Please feel free to contact us if you feel that the problem lies at our end, or are unsure of the next step to take. If you're happy that the issue is resolved, then please go through the upgrade process again to add your chosen service to your account.
