![]() The top section of the editor contains the suggested set of colors that are most likely to match or compliment the colors of your other existing objects and template. The middle section is the color spectrum. Run your mouse pointer anywhere inside the color spectrum to preview the color in the color bar below. When you are happy with the color just click to select it. In the bottom section, there are a number of options to make minor adjustments to a color. The first block of six is as follows, in order from the top left to the bottom right: R: Will gradually add red to the color with every click The second block of six is as follows, and runs in order from left to right, with the upper button increasing the value and the lower button decreasing the value: S+/-: Changes the saturation of the color, which is the vividness and intensity. To the left of these options are two options that you can click on to change the color back to the previous or to the original. The Undo button will change the color back to the previous change you made and the Reset button will reset the color to the initial color before you started editing. Click the save button to confirm your changes, or the cancel button to leave the editor without making any changes. Entry fieldAs an alternative to the color editor, you can make an entry in the field alongside the color square. You can enter a color name, for example, light blue or violet - a list of all recognised colors can be found here.Advanced users may enter an RGB or hexadecimal code. These codes are numerical values that correspond to a particular color. There are millions of different possibilities using these codes.
