The Button Bar Editor
|
 |
The Button Bar Editor enables you to name and link all of your navagation buttons on your webpage. For ease and speed, we suggest that you create all your pages first before linking them. Once set up, you can use the copy function to copy the button bar to your other webpages.
Below the preview graphic, there are three columns as follows:
Next to these are five buttons:
In addition to these buttons is a checkbox marked New Tab. If you click this checkbox, that link will open up in a new browser window or tab depending on the browser you are using when clicked.
In the copy tab, you can copy a button bar from another page. In the drop down menu, choose the page where your button bar that you wish to copy is located, and then set the elements that you wish to copy (any combination of the text, links and style), and then click the Copy button. The button bar from the source page will then be copied onto the page you are currently editing.
Button bars with links to new windows will be denoted by an icon next to the copied button in the copy tab.
When you are happy with your button bar, click Save for the changes to take effect.

TipWhen you hover over the button bar to edit it, the entire button bar will be selected. If you just want to edit specific individual buttons, then you can also change the style of an individual button by holding down Ctrl on your keyboard and clicking on the appropriate button which will take you into the Graphics Editor for that button. |
 |
TipIn some cases, you can choose the orientation of the button bar by clicking either the horizontal or vertical radio button. |
